Thank you for shopping with AerobicBody! We are committed to your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product you purchase supports your fitness journey. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Opened or used yoga mats, resistance bands, or wearable items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Equipment damaged due to misuse or neglect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)

  • If the return is initiated after 30 days or the product shows signs of use, partial refunds or store credit may be issued at our discretion

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • AerobicBody error (defective/wrong item): We will provide a prepaid return label.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at service@aerobicbody.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Carefully repackage your item and ship it back within 7 days of receiving instructions.
