At AerobicBody, we aim to get your fitness gear to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier volume, and weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Weight and dimensions of your order

• Destination address

• Chosen shipping method

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $180 (before tax).

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages due to size or stock availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if applicable.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, AerobicBody is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

• Additional shipping charges may apply.
